Models of collaboration

Find out what we offer and what is right model for you

Outstaffing (remote or on-site)

Outstaffing is a purchase of a certain number of hours of a needed professional(s), which is done when a company needs to “rent” IT specialists for the required period.

Using the model of outstaffing, we make sure our customers are provided with qualified IT experts when they need to scale resources or gain access to rare technologies. We integrate them into a client’s workflow under their total guidance, while still providing a thorough managerial control: reports, payments, contracts, etc - everything is on us.

The customer pays for the work of a specialist according to the formula: hourly rate * number of hours. Payment is made in the form of an advance payment for a certain number of hours with further prolongation if necessary.

The difference between outstaffing and outsourcing

Outsourcing is the opposite of outstaffing - it refers to taking a specific task / project out of the customer's workflow under contractor’s full control, from planning to testing and delivery of the project at a fixed cost.

At the moment we do not offer an outsourcing service, therefore we do not take tasks for execution, under our control according to the TOR. We do not evaluate the time and cost, and do not provide a guarantee of the final result.

Recruitment (remote or on-ste)

The service is a classic recruiting of a needed specialist(s) into a client’s staff. In the case of recruitment, you pay us a one-time fixed amount for the service of selecting a specialist with the further registration of direct cooperation with them.
