What is outstaffing?

Outstaffing is one of the forms of cooperation that we offer. It is a purchase of a certain number of hours of a needed professional(s), when you need to “rent” IT specialists for the required period. Using the model of outstaffing, we make sure you are provided with qualified IT experts to scale resources or gain access to rare technologies. We integrate them into your company’s workflow under your total guidance, while still providing a thorough managerial control: reports, payments, contracts, etc - everything is on us.

How do you select candidates?

Every contractor undergoes a three-stage manual scoring before starting the work on a project:

  • Becoming a part of our catalog by providing information about qualifications for our moderators’ consideration. We evaluate the CV, portfolio, quality of work, and communicate directly with a potential team member.

  • Being considered for a specific project. We assess a candidate as relevant for our customer’s requirements and conduct an internal technical interview.

  • Being evaluated by the client. You determine the need to complete testing tasks and the number of interviews (online and face-to-face) in order to decide whether you are ready to take this candidate aboard or not.


We work only with professionals of the level from Middle+ and higher. Each of them is selected manually, which means that we have a closed registration, and you can get into the catalog only after passing the scoring based on your resume and work experience.

What are the hourly rates?

Specialist rates vary and depend on the stack, required experience and other factors. We always provide you with information about the minimum for the rate of a professional you’re interested in. The lowest threshold for Middle+ level experts starts from 40 USD/hour, for Senior-level - from 45 USD/hour.


What are the payment terms?

You will pay only for the work of a specialist according to the formula: rate * number of hours. Payment is made at an agreed frequency for a certain number of hours of work of a specialist in the form of an advance payment. We usually start from a 2-week period (that is 80 hours based on 8 hours a day, 5 days a week), but you might want it to be more or less that 80 hours, and it’s possible – the number of hours required is discussed on a case-by-case basis. After the hours are worked for, you book and pay for the specialist's hours for a new period, and so on.


What does the process look like?

  • we get all the details on your request

  • we sign the framework contract and assign a personal manager to help organize the entire process

  • we start the selection stage by creating a funnel of 100% relevant candidates

  • we provide you with a shortlist of candidates with their CVs and rates included (usually, within 2-3 days after signing the contract)

  • interviews are organized between you and the matched candidates

  • after the selection of the candidate(s) we draw up an appendix to the contract and invoice for a defined number of hours

  • we define a convenient format of work, setting tasks, reporting, checking results, and other requirements and wishes as determined by you

  • the specialist enters the project
